Whispers from the peleton this morning are that an M1 rider - who might I mention has clocked over 500k this week - came a cropper whilst out doing secret ekky training this morning.
Details of the fall are sketchy at this stage, but it is known that the rider is a member of the Carbon Club and has a number of secret M1 blog alias'.
