This mornings ride had a bit of everything in it - a bit of dry, a bit of wind, a bit of rain and an absolute TONNE of speed!! The new paceline circuit seems to be working quite well - it is definately quick.
First lap average was 41.6k/hr and the second lap was 44.2k/hr - finishing at Spinniker - no wonder the bunch splintered to pieces. I think the Silent Assassin takes the award today for best "splinter", just before the GPA roundabout on the second lap - impressive.
We're not going to talk about the Coin Slot kick this week. All I will say is that Bushy got it. End of story - I don't want to talk about it anymore!
Well done to Rob who ventured to the top of the Haddock extention for the first time. I will also add BSB, that you were climbing like a housebrick this morning, and not your usual self - especially given that even I beat you up the extention!
