Lance has been given the all clear from the UCI to race the Tour Down Under despite not satisfying the 6 month doping test requirement.
The UCI requirement is that riders returning to the sport must provide a sample to be tested 6 months before they start racing UCI events. The Tour Down Under was less than 2 weeks short of the 6 month time frame.
Way to go UCI for allowing Lance to come to Oz.
