For two reasons, I noticed that winter is on its way. Firstly, it was still pretty dark at the end of the first paceline and secondly, there was definately a nip in the air when we turned right at Dawson Hway and rode into the Freezer.
Scottie was late to the ride and missed his stretching session. Must have been the bumble bee suit he was wearing today. It was noticed Scottie that your black and yellow kit and shoes matched perfectly with your Trek. Was that planned or what???
Whiffo pulled the stunt of the year on the paceline - dropping his pump on lap one and stopping to pick it up on lap two. A good way to get out of the hurt Whiff.
BSB must have had grasshoppers pre-ride as he flew up Haddock like a man possessed. Special K must have been inspired by his $500 cheque and was close behind BSB. This year for Christmas I'm asking for some hill climbing legs.
